Return Policy:

Every product you buy from EcoTech comes with a 30 days limited warranty unless otherwise specified as an as-is item. The warranty applies to products that have been confirmed as defective by EcoTech, which may be repaired or replaced (at our sole discretion). The customer is responsible to produce a receipt showing the date of purchase was within the 30 calendar day period. 

All sales are final and no returns will be accepted for cash or credit back, but EcoTech guarantees that all returned items that follow the above guidelines would be repaired or replaced in a timely manner.

EcoTech also guarantees that if the exact item is not in stock that the team will provide a like item or store credit to be used towards the purchase of another item in stock.
